2 Tbsps. Oyster Sauce
11/2 Tsps. White Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
1/2 Tsp. Sugar
Pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
4 Ozs. Sirloin Steak, Thinly Sliced
4 Ozs. Snow Peas
1 Cup Assorted Color Bell Peppers, Thinly Sliced
2 Cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
Cooked Edamame (Sweet Green Soybeans), To Taste
Sliced Radishes, To Taste

1.) In a small bowl, stir together the oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar and pepper flakes; set aside.
2.) In a skillet, cook steak and half of the oyster sauce mixture until browned and to desired doneness.
3.)In a large bowl, toss together steak, peas and bell peppers. Place spinach on a serving plate; top with steak mixture; sprinkle with edamame and radishes. Drizzle with remaining oyster sauce mixture.
